The Frozen Buds

Well, I am sure most people on the Eastern Coast remember the ice/hail/snow storm that came through on Valentine's Day.

Anyway, I took pictures of things around my house that day. Everything was frozen and I was able to get some really nice ones.

This one is of a bush that is in front of my house. Since we had been having a mild winter the bush made flowers and started to bloom early. Well it was definitively in for a surprise. I found that the buds had been frozen over during the storm. I thought it looked cool so I took a picture of it.

(My camera's date and time wasn't set when I took the pictures so it thinks it was January 1, 2006, 12:00:00 AM when I took the picture but it wasn't...)
